Please try to keep your appointment as it prevents us from taking on any emergencies if you fail to attend without giving any notice. If it is not possible for you to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We charge a cancellation fee for non-attendances with less than 24-hours notice.
For the non-attendance of a dental appointment, we charge £10 for a 15-minute appointment, £20 for a 30-minute appointment and impose time related charges for appointments longer than half an hour.
For a failed hygienist appointment, we charge £16 for cancellations received with less than TWO WORKING DAYS NOTICE.
We ask our patients to settle their account at the time of their visit. We accept cash, cheques and most credit and debit cards.
